I believe fitness should be fun and I’ll be there motivating you throughout the whole journey. Everyone is different and likes to train in different ways. I am fully insured to train clients at home or in a park using a range of different equipment.
My FITMum Plan is an at home workout and fitness program for all those busy Mums around the country. Here you’ll find a variety of classes to suit everyone, a weekday mind and body relaxation and a weekly children’s Get Active Session – More about FITMum Plan. Having had five children of my own, I understand how hard it is to get back into shape. Trust me to help you with nutrition, exercise and generally feeling good about yourself.
