Evening everyone. I’m sure you all know that Debbie and I are passionate about exercise and how it can have such a positive impact on our lives. I love the interaction with people at classes and and watching them progress. One aspect of fitness that has had a massive positive impact on my life is running. I never dreamt I could run 20 years ago but with determination and the right support I’ve run several races now. Here’s a picture of my running buddy and my Dad, who at 76 still runs the London Marathon every year!
